经济欠发达地区大学生心理健康教育的现状和对策研究

Study on the Present Situation and Strategy of College Students' Mental Health Education in Underdeveloped Area

我国经济欠发达地区部分高校心理健康教育观念陈旧落后,形式主义严重,心理健康教育宏观调控力度不够,权威性不强,各校在操作过程中存在师资队伍薄弱,专业人才匮乏,专项经费投入不足,整体水平偏低,校际差异较大等诸多亟待解决的问题,对此应采取如下对策:一是要与时俱进,更新观念,提高认识;二是要加强宏观调控力度,整合、优化资源;三是建立大学生心理健康教育的保障机制和考核评估机制;四是点、线、面结合,提高大学生心理健康教育的针对性、实效性。

There are many problems about mental health education which should be worked out in some universities in the underdeveloped area of our country. For examples. The ideas are outmoded and falling behind; The formalism is serious; The strength of macro-adjustment and macro -controt isn＇t enough; The authority is not powerful. The faculty is deficiency at colleges and universities; Specilty talented persons are lack; The expenditure isn＇ t enough; The whole standard is very low; The difference among universities is big. Therefore, such strategies should be adopted：1 ） Advance with the times, renew ideas and raise understanging; 2） Enhance the strength of macro -adjustment and macro -control, conform resources and make them optimum. 3） Establish the safeguard mechanism and examination mechanism of college students＇mental health education; 4） Combine points with lines and sides, and improve the objectity and practicality of mental health education.
