中药卷柏的原植物鉴定

TAXONOMICAL IDENTIFICATION OF CHINESE TRADITIONAL DRUGJUANBAI (HERBA SELAGINELLAE)

研究常用中药卷柏的原植物卷柏和垫状卷柏的植物学特征，明确两者的分类地位。观察两者的外部形态特征，并用扫描电镜观察它们的孢子和叶片表面特征。结果：两者在中叶形状，侧叶边缘齿，孢子纹饰、叶片表面特征方面均有差别。结论：垫状卷柏不宜作为卷柏的变种处理，应视为不同种。本工作为其分类学提供了新资料，可用于正确鉴定、合理应用卷柏类中药。

PURPOSE It had not yet been determined whether Selaginella pulvinata is a species or is a variety of S. tamariscina as S. tamariscina var. pulvinata. In this study, the authors dedicated to resolve this question. METHODS External morphological characteristics of S. tamariscina and S. pulvinata were investigated; and SEM was used to observr their spores and leaf surface. RESULTS Differences between the two Selaginellas were discovered not only in the shape of median leaves and the teeth of lateral leaves' margin, but also in the stucture of spores and leaf surface. CONCLUSIONS We considered that the two plants be treated as two species should be more suitable.
