论高职“一对一订单式”培养的缺陷及对策 被引量:7

On the Defect and Strategies of Personnel Training Like Order form in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 “一对一订单式”培养存在着学校培养与企业需求之间的距离短时期无法消除、企业订单式培养的需求与学校的愿望不一致以及学生因就业要求发生改变造成订单践约等问题。为此,学校之间应进行毕业生资源整合,构成一个人才培养团体,共同对外联系就业单位,进行校企人才培养合作。 "personnel training like order form" will have distance between school training and business requirements and cause to break the appointment while the ordered student' want of employment would be changed. For the more effective cooperation , we suggest the cooperation of "big order - form" be organized between the society of personnel training, led by the educational department responsible or by colleges each other, and the enterprise groups, organized by governments or talent markets.
