摘要
对十二指肠结扎法制作的大鼠坏死性胰腺炎模型进行冷冻治疗研究。实验组32只,冷探头—160℃,分2至3点冷冻胰腺坏死区,冷冻30秒;对照组26只,作模拟冷冻。实验组血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶分别降低111.61%及99.29%;相对降低血糖104.18%;对胰腺炎症的发展有较强抑制作用。实验组与对照组的死亡率分别为36.36%和75%。
The rat model o[ serious pancreatitis was established by closed duodenal loop. Thirty-two rats in experimental group were treated by the cryosurgery with the temperature of the freezing probe being-160℃ and time being 30 seconds. Two or three points of freezing at the inflammatory pancreatic tissue were made. Twenty-six rats in control group were treated by simulant procedure. The result showed that the cryotherapy could markedly decrease the activity of serum amylase(111.61%) and serum lipase (99.29%), relatively decrease the serum glucose level(104.18%)and strongly inhibit the development of pancreatic inflammation. The mortality of the experimental group and the control group was 36.36% and 75% respectively.
