高渗盐液和抗休克裤合并应用对大鼠早期休克的影响

Effect of hypretonic saline and antishock trousers in early hemorrhagic shock of rats

采用高渗盐液（ＨＴＳ）、抗休克裤（ＡＳＴ）及两者联用纠正大鼠早期失血性休克。结果显示，单独使用ＡＳＴ，仅见动脉血压短时回升，而单用ＨＴＳ，血压则明显回升。若先用ＡＳＴ，再注入ＨＴＳ，也能取得明显效果。失血休克大鼠血浆纤维连接蛋白水平显著降低，各级之间均无差异；血浆脂质过氧化物－丙二醛的含量明显增加，且在ＨＴＳ组、ＨＴＳ＋ＡＳＴ组与ＮＳ对照组之间有显著差异。若将ＨＴＳ组与ＨＴＳ＋ＡＳＴ组比较，血流动力学变化、血浆纤维连接蛋白水平及血浆。

In this paper hypertonic saline(HTS),antishock trousers(AST)or two in conbination were used to correct theearly hemorrhagic shock in rats The results showed that the use of AST alone could only make a transient rise in meanarterial pressure(MAP)and the use of HTS alone could make a significant increase in MAP and maintain for a defineteperiod of time. If AST was used followed hy HTS a significant effect could also be obtained.The level of plasma fibronectin(FN) in hemorrhagic shocked rats was low with no difference in each group.The MDA contens in plasma were increased,but there were marked difference between HTS.HTS + AST groups and NS group. In comparing HTS group with HTS +AST group no difference can be seen in change of the hemodynamics,the level of plasma FN and the MDA content inplasma and tissue.
