闭经、溢乳患者4种血清生殖激素检测149例分析

Serum PRL,FSH,LH,E_2,RIA in amenorrhea and gdactorrhea──An analysis of 149cases

对１４９例闭经、溢乳患者采用放免分析检测４种血清生殖激素。结果发现，催乳素（ＰＲＬ）＞１０００ｍＩＵ／Ｌ５４例，其中垂体肿瘤４例，可疑垂体微型腺瘤４例，功能性高催乳素血症４６例；ＰＲＬ＜１０００ｍＩＵ／Ｌ者９５例。本组闭经。

In this paper, serum PRL, FSH,LN,E2,RIA of 149 cases with amenorrhea and galactorrhea were studied,PRL<1000 mIU/L were found in 95 cases and PRL>1000 mIU/L in 54 cases. The latter were diagnosed ashyperprolactinemia,46 of which were found to be functional,4 diagnosed as the pitutary prolactinomas and 4 as thesuspicious of pituitary prolactinomas. This indicates that most of these cases with amenorrhea and galactorrhea are relatedto the level of pituitary gonadotropin and ovary estrogen.
