摘要
为寻求X线造影图像冠心病诊断的客观分析方法,引入了Bayes多类线性判别分析。利用左心室节段功能参数对67例左心室造影图像进行了分析,所得判别函数判别效果显著(P<0.01).回报错误率2.9%。结果表明:利用节段功能多数Bayes多类线性判别分析计算机辅助的方法诊断冠心病是可行的。
For objective analysis of roentgenogram in coronary artery disease,Bayes multiform linear dis-criminant analysis was used.Left ventricular segment function index in 67 cases of angiocardiogram,as avariable,was analyzed by Bayes multiform linear discriminant analysis,with the discriminant function hav-ing significant discriminant effect(P<0.01)and self test error rate of sample being 2.9%.It was concludedthat Computer assisted Bayes multiform linear discriminant analysis of left ventricular segment function in-dex for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease was reliable.
