多普勒超声检测冠心病患者颈动脉内径及血流参数

Duplex scanning in diameters and blood flow parameters of carotid ar-teries in patients with coronary artery disease

对１０３例经选择性冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者做双侧颈总动脉、颈内动脉及颈外动脉（以下统称颈动脉）的多普勒超声检查，探讨多普勒超声检查颈动脉内胫及血流参数的方法学以及正常颈动脉的多普勒频谱特征。分析不同冠状动脉病变组颈动脉内径及血流参数的差异，并提出颈内动脉和颈总动脉血流速度的比值可能有助于检出轻度颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄。

Carotid duplex scanning were performed in 103 patients who had been consecutively examinedwith coronary angiography.The patients were divided into three groups(normal group,one-vessel diseasegroup and multi-vessel disease group)according to their coronary angiographic results.The method of du-plex scanning examination in diameters and blood flow parameters of carotid arteries and the Doppler spec-trum characteristics of normal carotid arteries were discussed.The difference of carotid diameters and bloodflow parameters in different coronary artery disease groups was also analyzed.The authors think that theratio of blood flow velocity in internal carotid arteries and common carotid arteries could be helpful for thediagnosis of slight carotid artery stenosis.
