鸭鸡气管和肺外支气管粘膜组织结构比较

Comparison of the histology of tracheal and extrapulmonary bronchialmucosa between duck and chicken

采用透射电镜和ＡＢ－ＰＡＳ染色观察并比较了鸡鸭气管和肺外支气管粘膜组织结构特点和组化特征。结果表明，鸭鸡纤毛柱状细胞、杯状细胞和基细胞结构大体相似，但鸭的基细胞核周有较多粗面内质网，鸭粘液性细胞的分泌颗粒中有较多分布不均，大小不一的电子致密斑块，鸡粘被性细胞的分泌颗粒周围有电子致密晕。和鸡相比，鸭气管中杯状细胞比鸡多，气管和肺外支气管中气管腺比鸡少。但鸭杯林状细胞和气管腺的分泌物的酸性都比鸡强。

The ultra-stucture and histochemistry of the tracheal and estrapulminary bronchial mucosa wasexamined with TEM and AB-PAS staining. The restilts showed that the ciliated columnar cells,the gobletcells and the basal cells have similar structures.However,there are more rough endoplasmic reticulumaround the nucleus of the basal cells in duck.In the mucous cells of the ducks,there are more electron-dense dots which differ in size and are distributde unevenly in the secretory granules,while there are elec-troll-dense haloes around the secretory granules of the chicken mucous cells. The goblet cells are more nu-merous in the trachea of duck than in that of chicken,but less tracheal glands in the yrachea and extra-pul-monary bronchi of the duck than in those of the chicken. Nevertheless,the secretions of both the gobletcells and tracheal glands of the duck are more acidic thah those of the chicken.
