摘要
通过F4代的26个转育的对生自交系进行对生性状的连续10代定向选择,以及三种不同的组配方式(对生×互生、对生×对生、互生×互生)对对生率影响的研究,结果表明:连续定向选择是获得稳定对生系的一条有效的技术途径,对生性状在不同的遗传背景下,其定向选择的进程和效率是不同的。不同的组配方式,对于选育F1全对生植株组合的效果是不同的,从F1对生率来看,对生×对生>对生×互生>互生×互生;从F1优势来看,互生×互生>对生×互生>对生×对生。
In this paper, twenty-six transfeired oppositifolious self-lines of F4 generation were orientationally selected for continuous ten generations,and effects of three combination modes (oppositifolious × ahernate, oppositifolious × oppositifolious, alternate × ahernate) on oppositifolious frequency were compared. The results show as follows:continuously orientational selection is an effective technical approach for obtaining stable oppositifolious lines. When the oppositifolious character is in different genetic background, the process and efficiency of orientational selection is different. Different combination modes have different effects on the breeding of F1 fult-oppositifolious plants. As far as oppositifolious frequency of F1 is concerned, oppositifolious × oppositifolious is the highest and oppositifolious × alternate is higher than alternate × ahernate. In the view of F1 heterosis, alternate × alternate is the strongest and oppositifolious × alternate is stonger than oppositifolious × oppositifolious.
