摘要
以江苏巨龙水泥集团有限公司!5.8m×97m回转窑筒体为例,进行了回转窑筒体的力学分析、相关模型建立和计算公式的推导。同时,对回转窑筒壁应力,包括弯曲应力、温度应力、焊接温度应力和拘束应力进行了分析研究和公式推导。在此基础上,进行了回转窑筒体安全评定和疲劳寿命的初步估算;其计算结果与现场长时间的统计数据分析结果基本一致。
Take barrel of Ф5.8m×97m rotary kiln of Jiangsu Julong Cement Group Co.,Ltd. for example, carry out mechanical analysis of the barrel and establish relative models and educe calculation formula. At the same time, analyse the stress in barrel wall(including curve stress, thermal stress and welding heat stress and restrict stress) and educe the formula. And on base of above work, judge the safety of rotary kiln barrel and estimate the fatigue life, and the caculated results are almost the same as the long time on-site statistical datas.
