nm23H1和E-cadherin蛋白在39例子宫内膜癌的表达 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨nm23H1和E-cadherin蛋白表达在子宫内膜癌转移、进展过程中的作用及相互关系。[方法]用免疫组化Envision二步法分别检测39例子宫内膜癌、癌旁组织和23例正常子宫黏膜nm23H1和E-cadherin蛋白的表达情况。[结果]nm23H1和E-cadherin蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织的阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织和正常子宫黏膜(P<0.05);nm23H1和E-cadherin在有淋巴结转移者中表达降低(P<0.05),和年龄、临床分期、组织分级无关。[结论]nm23H1和E-cadherin表达的降低或缺失与子宫内膜癌的发生、转移有关。
