保乳术后联合放疗和内分泌治疗的临床应用进展
The Progress of Radiotherapy Combined with Endocrine Therapy Following Breast-conserving Surgery
摘要
乳腺癌保乳术后放疗联合三苯氧胺可降低复发率和对侧癌发生率。无论序贯还是合并使用放疗和三苯氧胺,预后均无差异。文章就乳腺癌患者保乳术后联合放疗和内分泌治疗的研究进展作一综述。
