摘要
温州的产业以轻工业为主,技术水平不高,大多属于劳动密集型等传统产业。为了提升产业层次及其竞争能力,必须创建一批本土的自主创新载体,鼓励自主创新,加强知识产权保护。
The industries of Wenzhou are mainly light industy. They are low in technology and most of them are traditional and labor intensive. In order to improve the industrial level and its competitive ability, the native carriers with capability of independent innovation should be established, the spirit of independent innovation should be encouraged, and the intellectual property should be protected.
