摘要
中国协和医科大学(原称北京协和医学院)虽然办学规模较小,却培养出了一批批杰出的医学人才,在我国医学和医学教育发展中起到了重要作用。本文结合学校80余年逐渐形成的独特文化现象和有关学校文化建设的理论研究,阐述文化建设对高校培养人才的重要意义。
China Union Medical University （formerly known as Peking Union Medical College） was a small medical college with a great number of outstanding medical talents and had made a great contribution to the development of medicine and medical education in China. This paper elaborated the impact and significance of school culture to talents cultivation on the bases of the unique PUMC culture phenomenon formed in the history of over 80 years and the important role of theoretical research in the school culture construction.
