摘要
汕头大学医学院围绕医学教育国际标准,以培养高素质医学人才为目标,对临床医学专业课程体系进行改革与创新,探索并实施了以系统整合为基础的全新教学模式。在新课程体系中,基础课程与基础课程、基础课程与临床课程、临床课程与临床课程优化组合,交叉渗透,使知识点更系统、更有利于学生对知识的学习和掌握;并以“问题导向学习”为切入口,全面培养学生获取知识及分析解决问题的能力;还以“临床方法”为主干,加强临床基本技能训练与临床思维能力培养,将临床训练贯穿医学教育全过程;以沟通技能训练为主导,培养学生的交流、合作能力。此外,通过构建健康与社会和终身学习课程提高学生信息收集、分析、处理能力与批判性学习能力。通过以上举措,医学生综合素质得到全面提高。
In order to cultivate high quality medical talents, Shantou University Medical College had adopted global minimum essential requirements in medical education and initiated clinical curricula system reform by implementing a new "system based integrated" teaching model, which integrated and merged pre-clinical and clinical courses together and created a more systemized learning model that was easier to understand by students. "Problem-based learning" was adopted to train students to obtain knowledge and analysis problems independently. "Clinical Methods" course was introduced to enhance basic clinical skills and thinking, and we also applied clinical training in the whole process of medical education. Communication skills were also introduced to improve students' communicating and cooperative abilities. Furthermore, by creating "Health and the Society" and " Life-long Learning" courses, we also strengthened students' abilities to collect, analysis and process information and the critical thinking. Thus, we had successfully improved our medical students' overall abilities.
