Attempt of clinical teaching reform with serving educational teaching system for undergraduate medical education

摘要 本文报告了宁波大学医学院本科医学教育临床教学改革的4年尝试,旨在遵循服务型教育的理念,突出高等医学教育社会性、实践性和服务性的特点,建立医学院校的临床教学、科研职能与医疗卫生服务职能相辅相成的机制,探索并倡导本科医学教育临床教学中教师在服务中教和学生在服务中学的服务型临床教学模式,解决目前临床教学中存在的主要问题,把医德和医术培养结合起来,加强综合素质的培养,加强实践性教学环节,强化基本技能训练,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,培养学生的服务意识与奉献精神,不断提高临床教学质量,培养适应21世纪经济社会发展需要的应用型高素质创新型医学人才。 An attempt of clinical teaching reform for undergraduate medical education with 4 years at Ningbo University School of Medicine was reported. This paper is to follow serving educational idealism, emphasize social, practices and serving properties of higher medical education, establish mechanism of supplement each other of the teaching, scientific management and medical healthy service, to explore and advocate the modes of undergraduate clinical teaching education of teachers and students learning during service clinical teaching, to resolve the existed main problem of clinical teaching at the moment, to integrate medical moral and medical technique, strengthen comprehensive quality culture and practice teaching circuits and basically skill training, advance the ability of analyzing and resolving problems, cultivate student' s serving ideas and contribution spirits, constantly improve the quality of clinical teaching , cultivate creative medical talents with high quality and accommodate facing the need of social economical development in the Ningbo city in 21^st century.
