摘要
为了满足未来汽车发展对功率的要求,汽车电气系统的电压将由14V提高到42V。继电器作为汽车电气系统的主要开关设备,开发42V汽车继电器是必然的趋势。介绍了42V汽车继电器的几种设计结构,综述了国内外触点材料的研究现状,提出了42V汽车继电器目前存在的问题与发展前景。
In order to fulfill the increasing need of electrical power in automobiles, the power system has to be extended from 14 V DC to 42 V DC. As the main switches, developing 42 V DC automotive relay is an inevitable tendency. Several structures of 42 V DC automotive relay are introduced in this paper. It summarizes the present state and development of the contact materials both domestic and abroad. The paper also introduces the problem existed and the development orientation of 42 V DC automotive relay.
