摘要
分析了灌装机在低温状态使用时易出现的问题以及原因,在此基础上提出恒温加热的解决方案。以TDM—25A型灌装机为对象,设计了采用DS1620数字温度测控器件为核心的灌装机恒温加热装置。应用结果表明,该技术提高了灌装机的低温适应性,改善了设备性能。
Firstly analysis was made on the problems and reasons which were easily taken place when the bottling machine was operated at low temperature, and on this basis, constant temperature heating solution was raised, Taking Model TDM-25A as objection, constant temperature heating device for bottling machine by using DS1620 digital temperature measuring ＆ control apparatus as the core was designed. The application result shows that the technology raises the bottling machine＇s low temperature adaption and improves equipment performance.
