橡胶树1981’IRRDB种质主要性状鉴定评价——1987年定植种质鉴定评价研究报告

Evaluation of the Major Characteristics of IRRDB 1981 Rubber Tree Germplasm Planted in 1987

对我国1987年定植保存于大田的81份1981’IRRDB种质进行了茎围、产胶量、乳管数目鉴定和抗风性调查。结果表明,种质间差异非常明显,其中62号种质的茎围和产胶量相对较高,风害较轻,可以作为育种材料纳入橡胶树育种进程中,以拓宽现有橡胶树品种的遗传基础。对81份种质茎围、产胶量及乳管数目间的相关性分析结果表明,茎围与产胶量间相关达到显著(r=0.263*),产胶量与乳管列数和个数间相关达到极显著(r=0.631**,r=0.422**)。

The girth, latex yield, laticifer number and wind tolerance of 1981 IRRDB rubber tree germplasm planted in 1987 were observed. The results showed much obvious difference between accessions of the germplasm. Genotype 62 of the accessions was found to ha,,e larger girth, higher latex yield and windfirmness, and could be utilized as breeding material in the breeding program to widen the genetic base of the existing clones. The SAS correlation analysis of the girth, latex yield and laticifer number of 81 genotypes indicated that the girth had a significant correlation with latex yield （r=0.263^＊） and that both laticifer rings and laticifer number showed a highly significant correlation with latex yield （r=0.631^＊＊, r=0.422^＊＊）.
