棉铃虫对阿维菌素的敏感性分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用浸渍法和分光光度法分析棉铃虫[Heliothisarmigera(Hübner)]对阿维菌素的敏感性。结果表明,不同地区棉铃虫对阿维菌素的敏感性差异明显。比较热农院校(中国热带农业科学院与华南热带农业大学的简称,下同)棉铃虫种群对阿维菌素的LC50抗性比值可以看出,2003年感城、罗带、茗山和定安棉铃虫种群对阿维菌素的抗药性分别是热农院校的4.91,3.21,2.30和2.65倍,2004年分别是热农院校的10.29,10.75,6.08和3.70倍,抗性发展十分迅速;羧酸酯酶活性测定结果表明,用阿维菌素18.00,9.00,4.50,3.00,2.25μg/g处理棉铃虫后,各处理的棉铃虫羧酸酯酶活性均明显增强,且均与清水对照差异显著,说明羧酸酯酶活性显著增强可能是导致棉铃虫对阿维菌素敏感性降低的主要原因之一。 The susceptibility of Heliothis armigera (Hübner) to abamectin was studied by leaf immersion method and spectrophotometry. The results showed that H.armigera in different areas had different susceptibility to abamectin. The resistance of H.armigera in Gancheng, Luodai, Mingshan and Dingan was 4.91 times, 3.21 times, 2.30 times and 2.65 times higher than that in CATAS in 2003 and 10.29 times, 10.75 times, 6.08 times and 3.70 times in 2004, respectively, based on the results of the LC50 of H.armigera in CATAS, and the resistance developed very rapidly. The bioassay of carboxylesterase indicated that the carboxylesterase activity in H.armigera increased significantly after treated by abamectin at levels of 18.00, 9.00, 4.50, 3.00 and 2.25 mg/g. All these results showed that significant increase in carboxylesterase activity in H.armigera was perhaps one of the main factors resulting in decline in susceptibility of H. armigera to abamectin.
