摘要
应用N2H4·H2O(水合肼)/H2O2/CuSO4催化体系在常压下使天然胶乳氢化制备氢化天然橡胶,结果表明硬脂酸钠、五水硫酸铜、水合肼用量及反应温度对HNR饱和度有显著的影响,当没有外加硬脂酸钠,铜离子与天然橡胶干胶分子链上双键的摩尔数之比为1:10000,水合肼与干胶分子链上双键的摩尔数之比为1.4:1,反应温度45℃时,HNR饱和度可达到64.6%。天然橡胶氢化后,其硫化胶力学性能得到改善,耐老化性能显著提高。
Hyd rogenaton of natural rubber (HNR) was made by using N2H4· H2O/H2O2/CuSO4 system under normal pressure to hydrogenate NR latex. The reaction temperature as well as concentrations of sodium stearate, copper sulfate pentahydrate and hydrazine hydrate were found to have a pronounced effect on saturation of HNR. Hydrogenation of HNR of upto 64.6 % was achieved in the absence of sodium stearate but with molar ratios of copper ion versus double bond of NR molecular chain at 1:10 000, molar ratios of hydrazine hydrate versus double bond of NR molecular chain at 1.4:1 and at the reaction temperature of 45℃. Compared with NR, the mechanical properties of HNR vulcanizate were improved and the aging resistance increased distinctly.
