摘要
目的：观察脑内生长抑素（ＳＳ）对痛阈和针刺镇痛的影响。方法：以钾离子透入引起大鼠甩尾为测痛方法，侧脑室注射生长抑素（ＳＳ）、生长抑素的耗竭剂半胱胺（ＣＳＨ）和抗生长抑素血清（ＡＳＳＳ），电针刺激大鼠足三里。结果：侧脑室注射ＳＳ使大鼠痛阈升高并使电针镇痛的效应增强；侧脑室分别注射ＣＳＨ和ＡＳＳＳ使大鼠痛阈降低并使电针镇痛的效应减弱。结论：无论外源性还是内源性ＳＳ都参与痛觉的调制并在电针镇痛过程中发挥重要的作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of somatostatin(SS) on pain threshold and electroacupuncture analgesia(EA).Methods:The tail-flick induced by potassium iontophoresis was used to measure the change of pain threshold following intracerebroventricular(ICV) injection of SS,cysteamine(CSH) and anti-somatostatin serum(ASSS) and EA the 'Zusanli'.Results:The ICV injection of SS not only elevated the pain threshold,but also enhanced the EA analgesia, but CSH and ASSS decreased the PT and attenuated EA analgesia.Conclusion:Both exogenous and endogenous SS might be involved in modulation of pain and play an important role in EA analgesia.
