摘要
目的:观察施维舒对无水乙醇诱发大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的防治作用。方法:将56只SD大鼠分为正常对照(Ⅰ)、预防(Ⅱ)、治疗(Ⅲ)3个大组,再分预防对照(Ⅱa)、施维舒预防(Ⅱb)、雷尼替丁预防(Ⅱc)、治疗对照(Ⅲa)、施维舒治疗(Ⅲb)、雷尼替丁治疗(Ⅲc)等亚组。分别测定胃粘膜血流量(GMBF)、胃粘膜跨膜电位(PD)、损伤指数(UI)等多项指标。结果:Ⅱb、Ⅲb组与各自对照组比较发现,UI均显著降低(P<0.0l);GMBF增加(P<0.01),其中Ⅲb组尚高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);PD升高(P<0.01);胃粘膜氨基己糖、磷脂含量增加(P<0.01);疏水性增强(P<0.01)。结论:施维舒是一种良好的胃粘膜细胞保护剂。
To observe the preventive and treatment effects of selbex on acute gastric mucosal injury induced by 100% ethanol in rats. Methods: Fifty-six SD rats were divided into 3 groups: normal group(Ⅰ) , preventive group(Ⅱ) including preventive control group(Ⅱa) , preventive group with selbex(Ⅱb) , preventive group with ranitidine(Ⅱc) and treatment group(Ⅲ) including treatment control group(Ⅲa) , treatment group with selbex(Ⅲb) , treatment group with ranitidine(Ⅱc ). Gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF) , electrical potential difference across gastric mucosa(PD) , ulcer index(UI) and other indexes were measured, respectively. Results: In the selbex preventive and treatment groups compared with control groups: UI was significantly lower(P<0. 01), GMBF increased(P<0.01) , GMBF of group Ⅲ b higher than that of gorup Ⅱb(P <0.05) , PD elevated(P<0.05) , levels of hexosamine and phospholipid in the gastric mucosa were elevated(P<0.01), and surface hydrophobicity of the gastric mucosa was enhanced(P<0.01). Conclusion: Selbex is a beneficial cytoprotective agent of gastric mucosa.
