170例经静脉麻醉人工流产手术分析

The Analysis on 170 Patients with Painless Abortion

目的:观察宫颈旁封闭麻醉人流术与静脉给药麻醉人流术镇痛效果之比。方法:随机将340例人流术者分为两组,实验组行静脉给药麻醉人流术,对照组行宫颈旁局部封闭麻醉人流术。结果:两组间镇痛效果有显著差异,静脉麻组明显优于局麻组。结论:静脉给药麻醉下手术,患者无疼痛感,消除了患者对人流术的恐惧心理。

Purpose： Compare the different narcotics result by observing different narcotics in unerine neck or in vein. Method： The experiment takes 340 patients as the subjects. They are divided into two groups randomly： the experimental group and the comparative group. The former are operated with painless abortion by narcotics in vein and the latter with narcotics in unerine neck. Result： Difference is obvious by comparing the two groups＇results on relieving pain. The former is better than the latter. Conclusion： the patients feel no pain during the operation with the aid of anaesthetic, which get rid of their fear for the operation.
