介绍了透明塑料折叠勺注射模的结构,描述了塑料铰链结构在产品结构上的应用和在注射成型模具中的位置状态。浇注系统采用非平衡浇道的分布形式,在不影响塑件质量的前提下,既使型腔布局简单,又缩短了分流道的长度。
The injection mold structure of transparency plastic folding scoop is introduced, the application of plastic gemel structure on products structure as well as the position state on injection molding mould are described. Non-balance runner distributing form is used in casting system, on the precondition of ensuring plastic parts quality, the cavity layout is simple, and the length of sub-runner gets shortened as well.
