尿激酶联合阿魏酸钠治疗Lee分级≥III级IgA肾病的疗效观察

The Effect of Urokinase Combined with Sodium Ferulate on IgA Nephropathy

观察尿激酶联合阿魏酸钠治疗Lee分级≥Ⅲ级的IgA肾病的临床疗效。入选的46例患者均经肾活检证实可确诊为IgA肾病(IgAN) , Lee分级≥Ⅲ级。将患者随机分为两组, A组: 单用阿魏酸钠; B组: 尿激酶(UK) 联合阿魏酸钠。结果表明, 两组患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白、肌酐清除率等各项指标均得到不同程度改善, 而且尿激酶联合阿魏酸钠组的疗效更为明显。尿激酶联合阿魏酸钠治疗Lee分级≥III级的IgAN疗效优于单用阿魏酸钠, 并可改善患者的纤溶能力, 为一种安全有效的治疗方案。

To observe the effect of urokinese（uk） combined with sodium ferulate on IgA nephropathy （IgAN）. 46 patients with IgAN were divided into two groups：group A, who were administrated with sodium ferulate; group B：who were administrated with sodium ferulate and urokinase. Both groups were received 6-month treatment. Two groups the quantitation of 24 hours proteinuria and serum creatinine change. But group B was significantly higher than that in group A. UK combined with sodium ferulate could be an effective and safe therapy on IgAN with moderate to advanced pathological changes.
