基于资源型企业的流程再造问题研究

摘要 资源型企业具有其特殊的生产经营规律,伴随着科学技术的发展和企业改革的不断深入,企业的流程再造问题日益被人们所重视。通过流程再造的必要性分析,较为深入地分析了资源型企业的经济规律和流程特点,提出了资源型企业在流程再造过程中的三个流程思想,即关键流程、管理流程和保障流程,并通过流程描述,提出了企业在不同流程上的管理重点或战略。 Resource-based enterprise has their unique production and operation rules. With the development of science and technology and the deepening of enterprise reform, business process reengineering (BPR) is gaining increasing importance. Through the necessity analysis of process reengineering, the economic rules and characteristics of processes are analyzed decply. The three-process idea is presented for resource-based enterprise, which is under BPR. The three processes are critical process, managerial process and guarantee process. Based on the description of processes Managerial focus or strategy for enterprise are proposed, which may be in different processes.
