基于信息资源规划的信息监理初探

The Primarily Research of Information Surveillance Based on Information Resource Planning

总结我国信息化建设的经验教训,缺少对信息资源的规划和监管是信息系统工程失败的根本原因。介绍了对信息监理的理解,并对信息资源规划进行概述后,指出基于信息资源规划的整体解决方案;指出传统信息监理工作内容缺乏对信息资源的总体规划,并得出了结论——基于信息资源规划的信息监理势在必行。

To sum up the experience of our information, the lacking of Information Resource Planning（IRP） and surveillance over are the basic reason for the failure of information system engineering. Firstly, the comprehension of information surveillance is introduced, then, IRP and the whole solution of it are analysed. Finelly, it comes to a conclusion that the information surveillance based on IRP is necessary. It also points out the new content of information surveillance based on IRP.
