教育技术在近几十年来的发展中,已深入到教育教学的各个领域中,成为教育改革动力之一。然而教育技术在特殊教育领域中的应用和研究甚少,残疾人群在教育技术的应用和研究中有被边缘化的倾向。从全民教育、终身学习的角度出发,研究和运用教育技术促进特殊教育教育的发展是非常重要和必要的。

During several decades＇ development of educational technology, it deeply affects all fields of education, and becomes an impetus of educational innovation. But the application and research of educational technology in special education is poor, and there is a trend that the disabilities are marginalized. As viewed from education for all and lifelong learning, it is very important and necessary of the application and research of educational technology in prompting special education.
