随着教育信息化的呼声不断高涨,各地中小学校园网建设如火如荼,但校园网建设应用中存在着许多不尽如人意的地方,其中之一就是中小学校园网管理人员的边缘化的现象,本文从探究中小学校园网管理人员边缘化的原因出发,提出了一系列解决中小学校园网管理人员边缘化的对策。

With the increasing upsurge of the information-based education, elementary and middle schools campus net is constructed with great enthusiasm. At the same time there are many problems in the campus net＇s construction and application which are not satisfactory, one of these is the marginalization of campus net manager in elementary and middle schools. This paper explores the reason for this situation, and offer some possible solutions to these problems.
