摘要
β-分泌酶是近年来发现的治疗老年痴呆症的新靶点。抑制β-分泌酶的活性能从上游控制关键致病因素β-淀粉样多肽的生成,从而达到治疗老年痴呆症的目的。该文对β-分泌酶抑制剂的研究进展进行了综述。指出以后的工作重点是进行系统深入的生物体内评价,解决药物透过血脑屏障和生物利用度等问题。
β-Secretase is a novel Alzheimer' s disease (AD) therapeutic target discovered recently. The protease plays a key role in the generation of β-amoyoid peptide which is a central event in the pathogensis of AD and its inhibiting is proved to be great beneficial to AD treatment. The progress in the search of β-secretase inhibitors is reviewed in this article. The transportability through BBB and bioavailability of the inhibitors will be the focus by the systematic bioassay in vivo.
