骨康对去势大鼠骨质疏松症骨生物力学的影响 被引量:10

EFFECT OF “GU KANG” ON BONE BIOMECHANICS IN PREVENTING AND TREATING OVARIECTOMIZED RAT OSTEOPOROSIS

摘要 为探讨补肾活血类中药骨康防治去势大鼠骨质疏松症的影响,运用随机对照分组原则,将48只由于切除卵巢诱发绝经后骨质疏松症的清洁级SD大鼠模型分为正常组、模型组、骨康组、阳性组,采用骨生物力学指标,观察骨康预防去势大鼠的影响。结果显示与模型组比较,正常组的最大载荷、极限强度均明显高于模型组;骨康组则在最大载荷、最大桡度、极限强度各方面明显高于模型组;阳性组在最大载荷、极限强度均明显高于模型组。正常组、骨康组、阳性组在最大载荷、最大桡度、极限强度各方面均无明显差异。表明中药骨康能提高骨骼抵抗外力冲击的能力,改善大鼠骨的韧性,有效地防治大鼠切除卵巢后引起的骨质疏松,避免或减少骨折的发生。 In order to study the effect of “GU KANG” (GK,a TCD preparation for reinforcing the kidneys and activating the blood circulation) on the prevention and treatment of ovariectomized rat osteoporosis (ORO),48 SD rat models of ORO were randomly divided into the normal,modeled,GK,and positive groups,and the effect of GK on the prevention of ORO was observed by the bone biomechanics indices. The results showed that the maximal loading and maximal intensity of the normal group were much higher than the ones of the modeled,and so were the maximal loading,maximal deflection and maximal intensity of GK group; there were no significant differences among the normal,GK and positive groups in the maximal loading,maximal deflection and maximal intensity,suggesting that GK functions to improve the skeletal resistance to the extrinsic impact and rat bone tenacity,to effectively prevent and treat ORO,to avoid and decrease the fracture incidence.
