Firstly this article analyses the form of DICOM medicine images, and in this foundation, transforms the single frame DICOM image into the BMP image form commonly used. The transformation is significant because it is easy to display the DICOM images on many commonly used imagery tools. The relevant multi - frames DICOM images may be synthesized into stream media file. In the process of transforming the single frame DICOM image, the adding windows technology is to be used. Different adding windows technology can extrude the details needed. Now there are many mature media file＇ forms. This article summarizes these forms and produces the main algorithm flow of synthesis and display.
