加强工科学生的工程意识、工程技能、工程设计的培养和训练已成为学校教学不可忽视的一个方面，特别是创新性课程专题实验是加速这方面培养和训练的有效途径。该文对开设该实验教学的重要性、教学目标、组织与实施以及目前有待改进的方面进行了论述。

To strengthen the training and discipline of engineering aspects, engineering skill, and engineering design in under- graduation course, creative teaching experiment of the monographic course has been executed and considered as an effective way to accelerate the training and discipline in this facet.
