摘要
利用电话网络实现远程监测控制有着非常广阔的应用前景，此文介绍了该实验装置的设计思路与实现过程。通过电话线路它既可以进行物理信息的远程检测、处理、传输和控制，又能进行图像的远程采集、处理、传输等实验。
Using switched telephone network to implement remote supervisory and control is very extensive use expectation. Mainly describing the system＇ s design and implementation in the Paper. It not only carried out physics information remote supervisory, management, transfer and control but also performs picture information remote analysis of data collected.
