It is found that before the main rupture of a violent earthquake, crustal deformation occurs. During the peak stage of the deformation under high stress environment, mass medium fracture and sticky slip will appear in cracks, and they are represented as solid tides anomalies in the records of clinometer. Resent years, some researchers have found that longdistance precursors sometimes occurred at the especial places where is sensitive to the variations of stress and strain. Jiamusi Seismic Station may be located in such place where shows evident precursor anomalies reflected the earthquakes of 1 000 km away in Japan and Japan sea area.
