The Study Trends of Genetics and Breeding of Waxy Wheat

摘要 糯小麦在食品和非食品工业中具有重要的应用价值。通过对国内外学者对糯小麦遗传育种研究动态的分析,综述了有关小麦籽粒胚乳中淀粉的遗传特性和类型、W x蛋白的分离方法、W x基因缺失位点在不同国家小麦品种中分布、糯小麦品种选育、品质特性以及应用前景等方面的重要研究进展。 The waxy wheat plays an important role in food processing and other industries. With analysis the study trends of genetics and breeding of waxy wheat, we summarized the inheritance characteristics and types of the starch which is one of major components of wheat grain and exists in endosperm, the separate methods of waxy proteins, the distribution of waxy genes null alleles in different country wheat varieties, waxy wheat breeding and its quality characteristics and application prospects.
