针对我国高新技术产业开发区创新投入和创新资源配置效率低下、创新功能不能正常发挥、创新活动和经济发展存在着波动等现象,基于生态学的视角,提出了高新技术产业开发区健康性概念及其必要性,并阐述了可持续发展的高新技术产业开发区健康性评价理念。

With developing of China Hi - Tech Industry Development Zone, many problem be exposed, eg. Lower of innovation investing and resource allocation efficiency, innovation function can＇t be applied normally, innovation activity and economy developing exist fluctuation.
