Establishing a syncretic corporate culture system:an approach toward success of Chinese enterprises

经济全球化要求企业建立中西融合的企业文化系统。从东西方文化的差异入手,对不同文化背景对企业文化产生的影响进行了分析,并比较了中国与西方企业文化之间的差异;在其基础上,提出了建立中西融合的企业文化系统所需要遵循的原则,并分析了在建立系统的过程中需要注意的问题。

The globalization of the world economies requires enterprises establish a syncretic corporate culture system. The paper digs into th cultural backgrounds and analyzes the affects of different backgrounds on corporate culture system. Then the paper analyzes the differences between the corporate cultures of Chinese and western enterprises. On the base of this,the paper raises principles in establishing a corporate culture system.The paper also discusses the key points that shall be pay much attention to in the process.
