摘要 通过热喷涂-真空粉末烧结的方法在高速钢表面制备硬质合金覆层,分析了硬质合金覆层组织和界面结构的特点、测试了硬质合金覆层的结合强度、硬度和耐磨性。结果表明,热喷涂后经过1200℃烧结,获得1—3mm厚度的硬质合金覆层,结合强度达到450MPa,硬度达到85HRA,具有较高的耐磨性能。 The microstructure and properties of cemented carbide on the interface of high speed steel by thermal spraying-vacuum powder sintering are investigated. The interface characteristics and bonding strength between coating and high-speed steel substrate, micro-hardness at varied temperatures and wear resistance of high speed steel-cemented carbide composites are analyzed. The results indicate that the cemented carbide coating with 1~3 mm in thickness and 450 MPa in bonding strength and 85 HRA in micro-hardness can be prepared after thermal spraying by vacuum powder sintering at 1 200 ℃, exhibiting higher wear resistance.
