摘要
趋化因子可能受神经、激素、酶及结合蛋白等的调节,D6是继DARC之后发现的另一种特殊的趋化因子诱饵性结合蛋白。D6不仅为炎性CC族趋化因子的转录后调控所必需,在肿瘤等人类疾病中的作用也引人注目。
