六神丸抗肿瘤血管生成的实验研究

Experiment research of Liushan Pill on inhibiting angiogenesis of tumor

目的:观察六神丸对小鼠体内S180移植瘤的抑制作用,并从抗肿瘤血管生成角度探讨了其作用机制。方法:小鼠接种S180移植瘤,灌服六神丸水溶液,以DDP做为对照组,检测相关指标。结果:六神丸水溶液S180移植瘤有明显抑制作用,可使其MVD及b-FGF表达明显下降,抑制作用随药浓度增大而增强。结论:六神丸具有对恶性肿瘤的直接抑制作用,是通过抗肿瘤血管生成机理实现的。

Objective:Observed the inhibiting effect of Liushen Pill on S180 transplanted tumor in mice and investigated the mechanism of inhibiting angiogenesis of tumor.Method:The mice were inoculated with transplanted S180 and administrated with Liushen Pill solution.The effect was detected with DDP as control.Result:The research proved that Liushen Pill inhibited S180 trumur directly by decreasing the expression of MVD,b-FGF of the S180 tumor.High concentration is more effective than the lower.Conclusion:Liushen Pill can directly inhibit malignant tumor with the mechanism of autrangiogenesis of the tumor.
