摘要
介绍了8万t/a合成氨系统的扩能改造。采用1 500 mm氨合成塔替代原1 000 mm氨合成塔,合成氨原料气精制由铜洗工艺改为全自热非等压醇烷化净化工艺,改造后生产能力扩大到12万t/a。论述了1 500 mm氨合成塔的升温还原过程、生产运行状况和工艺指标。总结了全自热非等压醇烷化净化工艺的使用特点。
Capacity expansion reformation 80 000 t/a ammonia synthesis system was introduced, φ1 000 mm ammonia synthesis converter was adopted, raw material gas purification of ammonia synthesis was changed from copper wash process into totally automatic non-isobaric methanol methanation purification process, production capacity was expanded to 120 000 t/a after reformation. Heating & reducing process, production operation situation and process index of φ1 500 mm ammonia synthesis converter were discussed. Usage features of totally automatically heating non-isobaric methanol methanation purification process were summarized.
