尿素产品质量影响因素浅析

Briefly Analyzing Influence Factors on Urea Product Quality

对照尿素产品的国家质量标准,从缩二脲、水分、粒度、强度等方面分析了尿素产品质量未能达标的原因,提出并实施了工艺优化、设备改造、设备更新等措施。结果表明,尿素产品优级品率达到99.5%。

In comparison with national quality standard of urea product, the cause, in which the urea product could not reach to standard requirement, was been analyzed from aspects of biuret, moisture, granularity, strength etc. , measures of process optimization, equipment reformation and equipment renewal etc. have been suggested and performed. The result indicates that the good-grade rate of urea product reaches to 99.5% .
