摘要
目的研究猪去氧胆酸中的杂质成分和纯化方法。方法运用重结晶和柱层析法进行分离和纯化。结果与结论从猪去氧胆酸中分离出一种主要杂质,建立了纯化猪去氧胆酸的方法。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the impurities of the hyodeoxycholic acid and its purification. METHODS Recrystallizafion and column chromatography were used to get purer hyodeoxycholic acid and some other components. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Hyodeoxycholic acid was purified by recrystallization and column chromatography. The major impurity was confirmed as biliary acid.
