摘要
作为涡轮增压器的核心零件,压气机叶轮主要失效模式是低周疲劳破坏。为了获得某新设计压气机叶轮的低周疲劳极限强度,确定叶轮低周疲劳试验转速,应用ANSYS有限元软件,主要考虑离心应力,采用周期循环模型、选用20节点等参单元计算方法、对该叶轮进行了强度计算和分析,得到了该叶轮的应力-转速曲线,为叶轮低周疲劳试验提供了理论依据。
The compressor wheel is a core part of turbocharger, and the low-cycle-fatigue(LCF) damage is its main fault model. To obtain LCF limit strength and test speed of a new compressor wheel, this paper calculated and analyzed its strength based on finite element method by ANSYS, on the basis of radial stress, using cycle model and 20 nodes isoparametric element method. A tress-rotate speed curve was gained and a theory fundament was established for LCF test.
