急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死与ST段抬高心肌梗死冠状动脉病变特点的比较

Comparison of Coronary Artery Lesions Between Acute Non-ST-segment Elevation and ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

目的比较非ST段抬高心肌梗死(NSTEMI)与ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)的冠状动脉病变特点。方法NSTEMI与STEMI病人入院后10d内行冠状动脉造影术,分析病变类型、范围、狭窄程度及侧支循环。结果NSTEMI组的多支病变、>90%的严重狭窄及侧支循环比率高于STEMI组,而完全闭塞率低于STEMI组(P<0.05)。结论NSTEMI的多支病率高于STEMI,前者的远期预后有可能较后者差。

Objective To study the feature of coronary artery lesions of non -ST - segment elevation myocardial infarction （NSTEMI） and ST- segment elevation myocardial infarction （STEMI）. Methods After admission angiography was performed in all patients with NSTEMI or STEMI. The degree of stenosis, type and extent of lesions as well as collateral circulation were analyzed and compared between the pts with NSTEMI and pts with STEMI. Results The ratio of three vessel disease, stenosis more than 90 % of lumina and collateral circulation were higher and the rate of occlusion was lower in pts with NSTEMI than that in the pts with STEMI. There was no difference in type of the lesions between NSTEMI and STEMI. Conclusion The ratio of three vessel disease was higher in pts with NSTEMI than that in the pts with STEMI.
