超声雾化吸入一氧化氮载体对椎-基底动脉供血不足病人脑血流动力学的影响

摘要 目的探讨超声雾化吸入一氧化氮(NO)载体对椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)病人脑血流动力学的影响。方法对60例VBI病人给予硝酸甘油3mg或5mg超声雾化吸入,动态观察经颅多普勒超声(TCD),并检测血清NO含量变化。结果治疗后治疗组低流速型、高流速型首次治疗后和疗程结束时椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)血流动力学指标及NO含量变化均有显著改善(P<0.01或P<0.001),与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论超声雾化吸入NO载体治疗VBI可明显改善脑血流量。 Objective To analyze cerebral hemodynamic change in patients (pts) with VBI treated with ultrasonic atomization inhalation of NO carrier. Methods Sixty patients with VBI were treated with ultrasonic atomization inhalation of 3 mg Nitrogluceride, then the cerebral hemodynamic data were collected by TCD. Results Following first high - flow, low - flow therapy and after therapy, the hemodynamic parameter and content of NO in VA and BA were improved significantly ( P〈0.01 or P〈0. 001 ). Condusion The ultrasonic atomization inhalation of NO carder could improve the cerebral blood flow.
