脑蛋白水解物联用通心络胶囊治疗短暂性脑缺血发作

Cerebrolysin with Tongxinluo for Transient Ischemic Attack

目的观察脑蛋白水解物注射液合用通心络胶囊对短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效。方法将78例TIA病人随机分为两组,对照组38例,单用通心络胶囊3粒,每日3次。治疗组40例在对照组的基础上加用脑蛋白水解物注射液20mL,加入生理盐水250mL中静脉输注,每日1次。两组疗程均为14d。结果治疗组总有效率82.5%明显优于对照组的55.3%(P<0.05)。结论脑蛋白水解物联用通心络胶囊治疗TIA的疗效优于单用通心络胶囊。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of cerebrolysin with Tongxinluo for transient ischemic attack （TIA）. Method Seventy- eight patients （pts） with TIA were divided into treatment group （n = 40）, which was treated with intravenous injection of 20 mL cerebrolysin with Tongxinluo and the control group （n = 38） treated with Tongxinluo. The period of treatment for both group was 14 days. Results The curative rate was 82.5 % in the treatment group and 55.3% in the control group. The difference was obvious （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect for TIA by cerebrolysin with Tongxinluo capsule was better than that by Tongxinluo alone.
